Plain terms for a one-time software purchase. The short version: you own your copy, you own your data, and you are the only person who can recover it.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and BlueJeera Inc. (“BlueJeera”, “we”, “us”), of [ BUSINESS ADDRESS — replace this ], Ontario, Canada. They cover your use of the NestSafeX application and the NestSafeX pages on bluejeera.com. By installing, activating or using NestSafeX you accept them.
2. What you are buying
NestSafeX is sold as a one-time purchase of $39 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment gives you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use NestSafeX for your own personal and household purposes.
- One licence key activates NestSafeX on up to three devices. Contact us if you need a slot freed because you replaced a device.
- The licence covers you and the members of your household.
- Your copy does not expire. If we stopped publishing tomorrow, the software you have would keep working, because it runs entirely on your device.
3. Free trial
NestSafeX runs with full functionality for 60 days without payment and without a credit card. When the trial ends your data is not deleted and not held hostage — you keep access to what you have already stored, and you activate a licence key to continue using the app fully.
4. Updates
Your purchase includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. After that your copy continues to work indefinitely, but new versions released beyond the 12 months may require a further purchase. We will never disable a version you already have.
5. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute NestSafeX, or share your licence key outside your household.
- Remove or alter licensing, copyright or attribution notices in the software.
- Modify the software in order to defeat licence checks, or distribute a version so modified.
- Represent NestSafeX as your own product, or offer it as part of a paid service without our written agreement.
Inspecting the code for your own understanding is fine and expected — the whole application is a single readable HTML file, and we would rather you satisfied yourself about how the encryption works than took our word for it.
6. Your responsibilities
Two things are entirely yours
Your master password. It is the only key to your data and we do not hold a copy. If you lose it, the data is gone permanently. Nobody — not us, not a court order, not a support ticket — can recover it.
Your backups. Your vault lives on your device. If the device is lost, wiped, or its browser storage is cleared, the vault goes with it unless you have exported a backup. NestSafeX gives you a one-click encrypted export; using it regularly is your responsibility, not ours.
7. No warranty
NestSafeX is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser and device, though we work hard at all three.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueJeera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use NestSafeX — even if we have been advised that such damage was possible.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for your licence.
9. Not professional advice
NestSafeX helps you organise financial and household information. It does not provide legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and nothing it displays should be treated as such. Its budget and bill figures are a record of what you entered, not a professional assessment of your finances.
10. Payments and refunds
Sales are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself, and they are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax and VAT. Our refund terms are on the refund policy page and form part of this agreement.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using NestSafeX at any time; there is nothing to cancel, because there is no subscription and no account. We may terminate a licence only if it is being used in breach of section 5 — for example if a key is being distributed publicly — and we will contact you first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be announced by email to customers on our list.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer-protection rights you hold in your own country of residence.
